Since founding J. Scott Catering in 1995, Scott has worked hard to establish a reputation for exceptional food and superior customer service. His efforts have not gone unnoticed. J. Scott Catering has been recognized locally and nationally for culinary talent and fine attention to detail, including being named for six consecutive years as "Best Caterer" by Main Line Today.
A graduate of Paul Smith's College, where he was named "Most Outstanding Culinary Arts Graduate", Scott trained at Virginia's famous Inn at Little Washington before returning home to open J. Scott Catering.
Not only was this weekend able to outsmart a hurricane, have absolutely gorgeous weather, but it also was the beautful wedding of one of our most laid back bride and groom. The newlyweds enjoyed Mini Reubens, Chorizo & Grilled Corn Quesadillas and Blue Corn Shells. Congratulations to our newest couple!

We love a good Luau! A local family wanted to take advantage of the heat and throw an authentic luau for all their friends. The summery buffet included: Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken with Pineapple, Coconut Wild Rice Salad, a Mixed Green Salad and an Assortment of Grilled Summer Vegetables.
